POLAND’S GLUTEN-FREE BRAND

Incola was created in 2011 by a team of experts in technology of gluten-free production. Our production lines were designed so that to completely prevent the entire range of gluten-free products against cross contaminations with food allergens.

Incola in Latin stands for Inhabitant. Our objective is to reach persons living on gluten-free diet - in any place at any time. With our marketing activities we want to make life of our customers easier, not only at their homes but also when they travel, stay in a hotel or enjoy a nice meal in a restaurant.

Our core production covers bakery and confectionery products. These products are meant for all consumers with intolerance to gluten, dairy products, casein, lactose, soy, eggs and any kinds of nuts.

Based on our repeated contacts with customers in Poland as well as overseas we have been able to establish a production profile that helps us meet the needs of more and more consumers suffering from food allergies; ingredients of our products are selected so that a consumer can find a product that best suits them.

The mission of GFS Poland was based on many years of experience gained by its management team in manufacturing of gluten-free bakery products and other gluten-free food. We know the problems our customers must face thus the quality and safety of the product is our main focus. Implementation of our production facility project was concurrent with introduction of technology and management system based on BRC, IFS and ISO 22 000 food safety standards. We strongly believe that this kind of process approach will make our production attractive for the consumer.

Modern production infrastructure, trained personnel as well as repeated testing of raw materials and finished products in accredited laboratories is a setup that ensures product safety. High quality and variety of offered flavours helps our customers forget about their medical condition, willingly sharing their gluten-free bread with a friend. No need for the customer to study labels of our gluten-free products as we use natural ingredients, constantly keeping pace with new discoveries of world technology. Our products feature an excellent combination of traditional taste and innovative production.

LICENSED SIGN OF CROSSED GRAIN

In September 2017 all Incola products were certified by the Polish Coeliac Society. The licensed sign of the Crossed Grain is a clear indication that products marked with it are safe for people with food allergies and coeliac disease, and that the gluten level in these products is 20 ppm or less. Packaging of some of our products has already been modified to include the Crossed Grain sign, other products will follow gradually.

IFS FOOD CERTIFICATE

In May 2017 GFS Poland was certified with IFS FOOD - an international food safety certificate - thus our products have been certified to feature safety and highest quality. The quality policy of GFS Poland is based on a system of monitoring not only the entire production process, but also suppliers of all raw materials used in our production facility. We pride ourselves on highly qualified staff and our production employees follow a continuous training scheme on safety and quality of products.
